Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Times (US)
- Coffee & Tea: 4–8 business days
- Apparel & Accessories (mugs, hats, clothing): 5–10 business days
Please note: If you ordered both coffee and merchandise, your items may arrive in separate packages on different days. Rest assured, you'll receive tracking for each shipment!
International Shipping
We ship internationally! Delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–20 business days. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
